Bertram Hall
Cambridge, MA

Davis, acted as designer and project manager for the restoration of the facility, while working as an architectural intern with Notter, Finegold & Alexander, Inc.

Amaral Residence Renovation
Acton, MA

Kim and John sought to expand and completely modify their existing ranch into their preferred cape style residence, with an eye towards hosting multiple clients for John’s growing internet business. The challenge for Davis Architects was to create unique additions to the existing footprint, tied together by repetitive architectural elements, such as dormers, window patterns and trim. The fireplace anchors the end of the expansive Family Room, offer a focal point for gatherings of family and friends.

Giannetti Residence
Cape Neddick, ME

Paul and Susan sought a new residence that relates to the traditional Maine coast architecture found along the craggy Atlantic coast. Davis Architects responded by incorporating steep roofs, window openings and decks that are prominent in the surrounding area. The resulting home has become the perfect summer stage for guest parties, clambakes and family gatherings.

Arrighini Residence
Sudbury, MA.

David and Corinne sought a multi-phased renovation of their home to accomodate their expanding family. The first phase included a dining room, family room overseeing a private back yard and multi functional spaces in the basement for exercise and private entry.

Salem Residence Renovation
Bedford, MA

The last two images show the exterior and family room of the Salem family's residence outside of the Rt. 128 area. The clients paid careful attention to the selection of color to highlight details on the exterior and within the interior spaces. A family room, kitchen/dining room expansion, master bedroom suite and children and guest bedrooms were added or renovated to maximize views and daylight. Working in a collaborative manner, the client, architect, interior designer and contractor conceived and constructed a beautiful addition and renovation that will prove to be an heirloom.
